• In November 2011 the number of sales of all types of residential homes decreased by 5.9% compared to November 2010 and increased by 1.9% compared to the previous month.
• The total number of listings was 13% higher than in November 2010 and 9% less than in the previous month of October 2011.
• In November 2011 the benchmark price of condos and apartments  in Greater Vancouver was 2.7% higher than in November 2010.

New Vancouver Condos

•  Pre-sale apartments are still available in the last waterfront building to be built in Coal Harbour in Three Harbour Green at 277 Thurlow and in Downtown in The Mark at 1372 Seymour, MADDOX at 738 Rolston Cr and in Private Residences Hotel Georgia at 667 Howe.
• In Coal Harbour re-sales of new never lived- in condos are available in newly completed  West Pender Place (1409, 1477 and 1499 W Pender Street) and the Fairmont Pacific Rim Estates at 1011 W Cordova Street. Many of these condos have great water views.
• In Downtown new condos are for sale in recently completed beautiful Jameson House at 838 W Hastings and in Capitol Residences at 833 Seymour Street.
• In the West End new condos are for sale in Patina at 1028 Barclay.
• In North Vancouver pre-sale condos are for sale at The Drive at 1330 Marine Drive, The Ivy on Marine at 1265 Marine Drive and The Kimpton at 210 W 13th.
