In May 2010 the benchmark price of all residential properties in Greater Vancouver was 16.7 per cent higher than in May 2009.
In the same time period the benchmark price of condos increased by 13.9 per cent. The 12 month number of condos sold decreased by 7.1 per cent while the 24 month number of sold condos increased by 8.8 per cent.

Private re-sales of new condos are available in waterfront buildings Fairmont Pacific Rim Estates in Coal Harbour and The Ericksen in False Creek North. Pre-sale condos are still available in the last waterfront building to be built in Coal Harbour - Three Harbour Green.
